About us
The Penn Office of Investments is responsible for investing the University’s endowment, pensions, and other long-term assets, collectively valued at over $16 billion as of June 30, 2019. Members of the investment team travel the globe to source new investment opportunities and maintain relationships with leading investment firms. With one of the largest endowments of any U.S. university, Penn partners with investment managers of the highest caliber across all geographies and asset classes, including hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, public equities, and real assets. Returns generated by the office support the university and health system by contributing to groundbreaking medical research, financial aid, academics, and other programs.
