In honor of International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we collaborated with Dustin Giannelli🦻🏼, CEO and Founder of HearsDustin LLC, on a full-day experience highlighting our commitment to inclusivity. We strive to continually create inclusive content, accessible products, features, and engaging experiences which serve our diverse membership, including those with a variety of visible and invisible disabilities. In partnership with LISC, Peloton Interactive donated 123,400 fitness accessories to enhance the community health and wellness activities of 32 nonprofit organizations in 17 states. The accessories include headphones, heart rate monitors, resistance bands, water bottles, and yoga straps. Among the organizations benefiting: YMCA of Greater Toledo, where seniors use the accessories in their fitness classes; United Way of Hall County in Georgia, which gave the products to local schools to promote healthy lifestyles; and WHEDco in NY, where South Bronx residents got expert instruction on how to use the accessories from Peloton instructor Rad Lopez!

Over Thanksgiving weekend, we teamed up with GirlTREK to host the Black Family 5K Walk at Peloton Studios New York. Instructors Jess Sims and Kirsten Ferguson joined GirlTREK community members to celebrate family, gratitude, and health. The walk was a culmination of our Sister Saturday walks we've been doing this fall with GirlTREK at Peloton showrooms across the US through our Wellbeing for Life program. Wellbeing for Life is Peloton's social impact program, which aims to democratize access to physical and mental wellness through Peloton products, content, and community partnerships. GirlTREK is America’s largest nonprofit focused on the health of Black women and girls, and has been a Peloton partner since 2021.

Within 24 hours of its release in the App Store, Peloton Strength+ is the No. 1 app in the Health & Fitness category. Sending a big thank you to our current and new Members who are joining our community to get stronger with us! We launched Strength training in 2015. It’s now one of our most popular modalities – second only to cycling – with more than 7.5 million Members completing over 585 million Strength workouts with our platform. It’s official! Today we launched Strength+ as our new, stand-alone app dedicated solely to strength training. We’re bringing more flexibility to gym-centric workouts with custom workouts tailored to individual goals, preferences, and available equipment, plus multi-week, Instructor-led workout programs. Peloton Strength+ is available in the US for iOS devices, with a limited number of introductory memberships for $1 per month for the first six months. Today we released our fourth annual ESG Report, sharing our progress towards improving the well-being of our people, communities, and planet from the 2024 fiscal year (FY). Powered by our passionate team members and driven by our mission, we’re proud to outline the strides we’re making to break down barriers to physical fitness and mental health, and towards becoming a more environmentally sustainable business. Highlights from this year’s report include: - Celebrating three years of social impact partnerships and reaching ~199,000 individuals in the past year through Peloton’s Wellbeing for Life community engagement program - Making strides towards our target to source 100% renewable energy by the end of FY26, reaching 80% coverage of our global energy footprint as of FY24 - Sharing the results of our first product carbon footprint assessment for the Peloton Bike - Conducting our third annual Member Inclusion and Accessibility survey; with an overwhelming majority of respondents agreeing that Peloton has improved their relationship with their bodies (89%); Peloton has improved their mental health (88%); and they have a place to belong in the Peloton community (84%) Read the full report here: https://lnkd.in/giRBtkgZ
