  • We all hear that AI is transforming enterprises - and the race to adapt is accelerating! 🌐 Menlo Ventures recently highlighted a massive $14B surge in enterprise AI spending this year, with generative AI applications leading the charge. Yet, over a third of enterprises lack a clear vision for how to integrate these technologies effectively (crazy, isn't it?)- https://flip.it/.NU.uo But the positive is that it presents a significant opportunity for Pathlit's workflow orchestrator to lead the way. At Pathlit, our core offering is an AI platform that helps enterprises test, build, and deploy generative AI solutions seamlessly. From optimizing workflows with automated ranking and risk analysis to leveraging our advanced categorization and automation tools with voice-interfaces for our email product, Pathlit empowers businesses to unlock the full potential of AI while staying secure, efficient, and innovative. As enterprises invest in foundation models and application layers, Pathlit bridges the gap between the two, enabling organizations to: ✅ Rapidly prototype AI-powered workflows connecting the models to the layers ✅ Streamline deployments with intuitive, secure tools. ✅ Drive real, measurable value from their AI investments. The future of AI is here, and it’s about more than just adopting technology - it’s about transformation. And at Pathlit, we are trying to ensure enterprises don’t just catch up but lead in this new era. 📈 Let’s talk about how Pathlit can partner with your organization to build the next generation of AI-driven success. #AI #EnterpriseInnovation #TechTransformation #Pathlit

I love to build tech businesses & trade stocks

Black Friday is basically the startup life in one day: 1. 50% Off Everything: Just like my equity after fundraising. :( 2. Doorbusters: Like launching a feature at 3 a.m., hoping someone (anyone) notices. 3. Competing for Attention: Others choose between TVs and toasters; we fight for VC head nods and beta testers. 4. Impulse Buys: Our decisions to implement “that cool idea” we didn’t validate. But hey, just like startups, Black Friday is chaos (just that it could actually lead to profit). Now if only I could have a way to automatically find all the best Black Friday deals from my inbox... Pathlit #BlackFriday #memes #startups

Ever wish you had a second set of eyes on your email to catch things you might miss? Almost like a personal assistant that's integrated with your email and more? Check out Pathlit. It proactively categorizes your emails and helps you reply to them in a similar way to how you would if you had an assistant for your emails - with voice! Healthcare startup: "Hey I wanted to connect and share our pitch deck for our seed round - heard great things about you from a fellow founder friend who you invested in. Deck attached!" Me: *hits reply and says*: "Tell them I'm not looking at healthcare companies right now. Actually, use similar responses for any healthcare company that reaches out before Q3 2025. Be sure to surface companies with a .ai domain though." That's it! 🎯 #AITools #ProductivityHacks #Email

Right now we have... 500+ unread emails in Founders Capital's deals inbox 500+ "pending" connection requests 200+ unread LinkedIn messages On top of this... I am reluctant to attend events in fear of being pitched by Founders who haven't done any research about FC, our investment thesis or the way I personally operate. Honestly, why should Investors listen? I'm not sure whether it's so called "business Influencers" pedalling a 1m "no's" will end up in a "yes" narrative or if it's just desperation/laziness from the Founders perspective. Either way - it's not going to garner you attention with me and so many others. I understand how hard it is to get your idea of the ground. But, If you keep throwing shit outreach at the wall your start up will not survive. It's not 2021 anymore. Founders... If you want to pitch me your start-up idea, I'm all ears. As long as you can garner my attention in a way that doesn't make you look like everyone else... ... you're better than that! At the very least you need to make the outreach specific to me. On top of that: 1) Find someone I know and I trust to share your company with me (80% of FCs deals come from people I know). 2) SEND DIRECT MAIL!!! I get ZERO letters to the office. If you send me something via mail you have nigh on 100% chance of success for a response at least. I'm sure some will heckle this post telling me I should be encouraging the start-up ecosystem... but at some point someone needs to say what everyone else is thinking. #HappyMonday

🤖 𝗜𝘀 𝗔𝗜 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗵𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗱? I just wrapped up a fascinating discussion on the AI hype cycle with a few friends after watching a video from YC on this topic and here were my key takeaways: 1. The AI boom feels different from past hypes. We're seeing real revenue growth and tangible value creation (although it is a little bit exaggerated), not just speculation. 2. Unlike the dot-com or crypto booms, AI companies are solving concrete time saving problems and generating significant revenue quickly. 3. The value chain in AI is complex. It's not clear yet where the most value will accrue - chips, models, applications, or elsewhere. 4. Open-source models are catching up to proprietary ones, creating more opportunities for startups. 5. Early-stage founders can build valuable AI companies with minimal capital, leveraging existing infrastructure - and reducing day to day costs of the same. 6. While some valuations may be inflated, the underlying technology and its applications are transformative to a large extent. 7. The "fog of war" makes it hard to separate hype from reality, but long-term value will come from solving real problems and retaining customers. As a founder in the AI space, I'm excited about the opportunities ahead. The key is to focus on creating genuine value, not just riding the hype. What are your thoughts on navigating this AI revolution?   #AIStartups #TechInnovation #FutureOfWork

Advay Gupta always knew that he wanted to be an entrepreneur, but he didn’t expect to have the opportunity while still at university. A rising junior studying econometrics and quantitative economics, Advay has always had a large interest in technology and the power of AI, interning as a software engineer at PlayTogether to expand his knowledge and hone his skills. He created the project that would eventually become Pathlit to help his mother utilize AI in a less technical, more user-friendly way. It wasn’t until he showed the project to Illinois Business Consulting mentor Jacob Kinsey that Advay realized Pathlit’s potential. A friend introduced him to the Cozad New Venture competition, and although he was hesitant to join a pitch competition, decided to throw his hat in the ring. Despite his apprehension, Pathlit won first place at the 2024 competition. He raised over $1,000,000 in less than three months as Pathlit’s CEO, and is currently a member of the iVenture Accelerator’s 10th cohort. His desire to make technology more accessible for everyone and determination to succeed is a prime example of the amazing work that student founders are capable of and continue to create. #ivFounderFriday #IllinoisVentures #IlliniAngels
