Pacific Elm Properties is thrilled to be leading the redevelopment of the 80-acre campus around the PNC arena in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Carolina Hurricanes, just committed to a long term lease agreement to remain at PNC arena through the 2043-2044 season, and the redevelopment of the surrounding campus is an exciting next step.
