Temple Pines Senior Housing Facility is a redevelopment that has transformed 30 apartments into updated, accessible units, including 3 that are fully ADA compliant. New vinyl siding, exterior windows and doors, new lighting, an elevator, upgraded fire alarm, intercom, and security systems, a new metal roof, upgraded heat pumps, and new finishes — totaling almost 24,000 sqft of newly renovated space!
