Osborn Engineering is happy to team with RPMI, providing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, and Technology engineering services for the new Clark pk-8 school for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. Construction is underway for the new three-story school that will serve 930 students.

Our Tampa and St. Petersburg offices celebrated the holidays together on a private daytime cruise off of St. Petersburg Beach! Joined by several Osborn Board of Directors, the offices celebrated Osborn Engineering and OSPORTS major milestones, including 5- and 10-year work pins for several team members.

Last week, Osborn's Cleveland office hosted its 19th Annual Casino Night and Poker Tournament, bringing together employees for an evening of excitement. In addition to poker, attendees enjoyed live blackjack, roulette, delicious food, and drinks. After many competitive rounds, Christopher Donlon emerged as this year's Champion. Congratulations, Chris! 🎉🃏♠️

This transition comes as Gary Hribar, who has served as our CEO since 2012, moves into his new role as President of OSPORTS. Fantastic evening celebrating the 2024 AIA Cleveland Design Award winners and recognizing all of the incredible accomplishments of 2024!

Osborn was proud to be a part of NF Forward's beNeFit XII this past weekend. This incredible Moody Masquerade Gala was enjoyed by all and so important in helping to support the fight in bringing us closer to a cure for NF.

Osborn recently completed commissioning services for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and technology systems for the Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare Gateway Florida Health Campus Medical Office Building - a new, 80,000 SF, four-story medical office building housing an ASC, Core & Shell and Tenant Improvement areas. Commissioning is the process to achieve, verify and document the performance of a building and its systems to meet the design intent and owner's operational needs. Completing functional testing provides a level of quality assurance for performance according to Construction Documents, provides good indoor quality and ensures energy is not needlessly wasted.
