    I had the great pleasure of attending the Gartner #ReimagineHR 2024 conference last week in Sydney. As expected, the content of the sessions and caliber of speakers was incredible. Everyone I spoke to was full of enthusiasm and overflowing with to-do lists from the sessions they attended 🙌. The opening keynote by Jessie Knight & Harsh Kundulli set the scene and laid the groundwork for how HR can make a difference during the major business and workforce "Reset" we are going through right now. Dylan Alcott OAM's session wrapping day one was unbelievably inspirational and had everyone talking long into the night. Amazing, down to earth, and everyone just feels better listening to Dylan's wisdom delivered with humor and humanity. Rahaf Harfoush's session to open day two "Digital Zen: Mastering Well-Being in a Constantly Connected World" was incredible and provided lots of ideas for everyone in their professional and personal lives. The line to meet Rahaf after the session was similarly impressive! Thanks to everyone who dropped by to talk with Bruce Chadburn & I about One Model and #PeopleAnalytics. Our #GenAI capability, the #OneAIAssistant and unique approach to transparent, always explainable insights was a crowd pleaser.
