Leave it to Spirit of the West Adventures to bake environmental action into every aspect of their business 🛶 As a kayaking guide company, Spirit of the West Adventures interacts with British Columbia's marine environment every single day. To ensure their guides and guests understand marine challenges and solutions, their team has their guides go through a course by Marine Education and Research Society, an environmental partner. While out in the field, Spirit of the West Adventure guides also use an app developed by North Island Marine Mammal Stewardship Association, another environmental partner, to log cetacean and marine mammal sightings.
