Four decades strong, Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom has built its foundation on being the Craft Beer Authority, great tasting food & beverages, passionate & knowledgeable employees, community and craft beer exploration. We credit our tenure and successful growth to the quality and character embodied in every single teammate. The basic principles of design include modularity, flexibility, simplicity, efficiency, ease of sanitation, ease of employee supervision, and efficiency of space. The overall space design was based upon product flow and human engineering, with special consideration to how each employee interacts within their individual work stations. When you join the team at Old Chicago, you are joining the SPB Hospitalty Family. Managers and Team Members are trained on core principals and systems throughout SPB Hospitalty brands. With this foundation, it is easy to transfer and advance throughout our company no matter the brand or location.
