Director of Nonprofit Endowment Program at Oklahoma City Community Foundation
Our friends from Down Syndrome Association of Central Oklahoma popped in yesterday to deliver a Char-Boo-Terie Board! Jennifer Meckling was honored to get first pick of the sweet treats! In 2021, DSACO established an endowment fund at Oklahoma City Community Foundation to provide permanent support for their cause and have worked hard to grow the fund over the years. They are currently in a campaign to raise $30,000 by the end of November to receive a matching grant from the Kirkpatrick Family Fund. Today I had the opportunity to tour a mobile dental clinic driven by Oklahoma Dental Foundation. This project, funded in part through Oklahoma City Community Foundation's Access to Health Care community grant, provides dental care and treatment to Oklahomans in need.
