Meet Lee who's coming to the end of his level 3 soon. Maintaining and repairing fleet vehicles requires a far more comprehensive approach to vehicle engineering as all the work has to be to the highest standards and quality of work is paramount. Under the watchful eye of our chief magician Jack, he has learnt to service, repair, strip and rebuild every part of our fleet. The beauty of working in an own account workshop is learning does not include the 'rush' mentality of a third party workshop, where vehicles are rushed through at breakneck speed to maximise revenues and profits. People like Lee are what reminds me of why I'm in business, why I get that buzz from watching hungry young men grow andbuild their careers and what does he do in his spare time? He swaps a new engine into his car, on his drive, with his music playing, while his good lady feeds him cups of tea of course. (probably learnt that from Jack too)

Second year at Wings International Cuisine in Hull on Saturday for our Festive Thank You - where just about every type of food you can imagine was available for our hungry bunch - buffet style where the only rule is as many visits as you wish as long as you clear the plate(s) It's always a great relaxed evening where we get to let our hair down, have some great conversations, and plenty of Dad Jokes - essential for Christmas decompression.
