On Friday, the NewCastle team attended the VAMA Blue Ridge chapter's annual Prestige awards at the Paramount Theater in Charlottesville. Our team took away 3 awards including- Community of the Year (built after 2013): Beacon on 5th Maintenance Supervisor of the Year: Josh Harris Best Model: Altoview Congratulations to all of our winners—all well deserved!

Last week, the NewCastle Management Group team celebrated our 3rd Annual holiday party, cheering another year of success, growth, and hard work. Time flies when you're working hard and having fun along the way! As we look back on everything we've achieved in 2024, we’re incredibly proud of the challenges we've overcome, the relationships we've built, and the impact we've made. We’re ready to take on the next chapter in 2025, full of growth and new opportunities, and we couldn’t do it without the incredible people that make NewCastle Management Group what it is.

Recently, members of the NewCastle Management leadership team had the privilege to attend the annual VAMA conference in Norfolk, VA. It was the first time attending for many of our group and we had an amazing time engaging with our industry friends and colleagues while attending innovative and engaging education sessions over a jam packed two days. We had a little fun, too! We are excited to make this an annual tradition, and continue to support the Virginia Apartment Management Association!
