Later this month, Michael E. Barker will be leaving his role as Public Service Director to become Deputy City Manager in Dublin. His contributions to our Community Development and Public Service Departments have been invaluable, and he will be greatly missed. Mike’s last day will be January 16, after which Ryan Ohly will become the new Director of Public Service.
