BOI Reporting Requirement Reinstated – What You Need to Know Dear Clients, We want to keep you informed about a significant development regarding the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting requirement: On Monday, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals granted a Justice Department motion to stay the injunction that had previously paused the BOI reporting requirement. As a result, this requirement has now been reinstated. FinCEN has announced that the reporting deadline for most companies is January 13, 2025. If your company qualifies as a reporting entity, compliance with this requirement is mandatory. To assist you in meeting this obligation, Neuhaus CPAs offers BOI filing services at the following rates: - $185 for one report - $150 each for two to nine reports - $100 each for ten or more reports If you have any questions or need assistance with your BOI filing, we are here to help.
