This week's Nestletter highlights an achievement we're particularly proud of: our non-profit wing, The birdSEED Foundation. To date, birdSEED has awarded $775,000 in downpayment assistance grants, helping 78 (!!!) DC & Philly residents with the resources to secure their first homes. No string attached. At Nest we're big on building stronger communities through both people-first property management and expanding access to homeownership through reparative justice.
