About us
Neighborhood Connections is a nationally-recognized community-building program established in 2003. Our small grants program, the largest of its kind in the country, has invested $8 million in more than 2,400 resident-led projects in Cleveland and East Cleveland. We also support Neighbor Up, a diverse network of community members who believe that together we have the power to create an extraordinary world right where we live. At Neighbor Up's high-energy, interactive community gatherings, everyone is welcome and we work together to tackle the chronic issues that plague our communities. Based on the emerging social science of Community Network Building, Neighbor Up members are committed to creating justice and equity in our neighborhoods. You’re invited to join us at a Neighbor Up gathering near you!
