Recently at the The Golden LEAF Foundation’s 25th Anniversary Celebration, NC Chamber General Counsel Ray Starling delivered a status update on #NCAgLeads, a strategic initiative designed to strengthen North Carolina’s position as a national leader in agriculture and agribusiness. Ray emphasized that the initiative, launched by the #NCChamberFoundation in partnership with The Golden LEAF Foundation, North Carolina Farm Bureau Federation, and Google, aims to identify a set of priorities that are both aspirational and attainable, with the goal of enhancing the productivity, economic vitality, and community spirit of North Carolina’s agriculture industry. Currently in phase two, the resolution phase, of the strategic planning initiative, NC Ag Leads is developing actionable solutions to the priorities identified by the industry during phase one. Ray noted that the working groups, with input from 200 industry representatives, are drafting plans for execution that clearly define responsibilities and strategies for implementation. The final strategic plan is slated for public release in early 2025. Read More > https://bit.ly/3zMEh9x #NCLeads
