With over 15 years of experience in the #energy sector, Rupal plays a crucial role in evaluating and structuring complex solar asset acquisitions. Leading projects from origination to construction, she successfully navigates risk and challenges by collaborating with key industry partners. Rupal is committed to the #cleanenergy future and thrilled to be a part of the Nautilus team. She has an MBA from University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, an MS in Environmental Science from the University of Michigan, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Outside of work, Rupal loves traveling and playing sports such as pickleball and golf. We are so lucky to have Rupal on our team!

Over a third of Americans rent, and over half of homeowners can’t use their individual rooftops to capture the sun’s energy. Let's talk about #solarenergy & #snow! ❄️ Most people assume that solar energy production stops completely when it snows, but that isn't completely true. Most of our #communitysolar farms are equipped with tools like trackers, which follow the sun and help shed the snow. Snowy days will result in a slightly reduced output, but the grid will account for that! Solar panels collect light, not heat. Solar technology can be effective in virtually any condition, including rainy, cloudy, or snowy days, because some sunlight still reaches the earth!

& the winners of the Nautilus Solar Pickleball tournament are... Team Solis! This week, we're on our all-company offsite in Dallas, Texas and a #pickleball tournament was the perfect way to kick off the fun 🏓 Friendly competition is always a good time. Congrats to the champions!!

We are happy to announce the opening of a 7-MW #communitysolar project located on a remediation site in Sanford, #Maine. We worked with Walden Renewables to finalize this innovative project which demonstrates how compromised land can be transformed into a productive source of #cleanenergy and driving economic growth. “We are thrilled to partner with the Walden team and the City of Sanford to find a creative solution for repurposing the contaminated site into a source of clean energy for the local community,” said Laura York, VP of structuring at Nautilus Solar. Meet Rodney Leadingham, MBA, LSS, CeM, Digital Marketing Manager. 👋 We're highlighting him this month as part of our #employee spotlight series. Rodney is responsible for leading the development, execution, and on-going optimization of our digital #marketing strategy that includes SEO, PPC, Social Ads, and website. It also includes TV, radio, direct mail, and more. He has a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from High Point University and a Master's Degree in International Business Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin. Here are some things Rodney enjoys when he's not working: - He loves traveling in general but more so with his wife. International travel to someplace new is the best. (Bonus if it contains an educational/historical component for learning.) - He enjoys woodworking that more recently includes medium and smaller projects such as beds, outdoor TV boxes, cooler stands, and cutting boards. - His favorite movie used to be Star Wars but Lord of the Rings overtook it recently. We are incredibly lucky to have Rodney on our team!
