Last month, House Education and Workforce and Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee leadership announced that they reached a bipartisan, bicameral agreement to reauthorize the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). NYEC, in partnership with its members from across the country has carefully crafted a statement regarding the agreement.
