TM Associates, in partnership with Petersburg Community Development Corporation (PCDC), is excited to announce the acquisition of Tevis Place at 11800 Nebel Street in Rockville, MD. This project will be one of the first fully designated 100% MPDU communities in Montgomery County, preserving affordable housing for generations to come. This new development project will provide 152 units with 31% Attainable Housing serving larger families with 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartment homes. TM Associates believes in the importance of being resource-efficient and environmentally responsible. Over the past 15 years, we've delivered more than 100 projects adhering to Green Building standards. Tevis Place will take these efforts to the next level as the first community in our portfolio built with Passive House building standards and will feature Montgomery County's first vertical geothermal system in a multifamily rental property. This milestone project was made possible from acquisition of the site on September 27th with the help of National Housing Trust. Stay tune for updates on Tevis Place and other upcoming projects! #TMAssociates #TMProud #AffordableHousing

As you expand resident services and programs, a data system is key to understanding your impact. The best data system is one that meets your unique needs – there is no one size fits all approach! SAHF published an updated guide to provide a starting place for those investing in a data system for the first time, or finding a system that better aligns with their current programs and future growth. On Thursday, Dec 12 from 2-3:30 PM ET, join us for a webinar where we’ll preview this updated guide! You will also hear from practitioners at True Ground Housing Partners, POAH Communities, and National Housing Trust about the data systems they have used to track resident services and their experiences.
