Today, NBAA welcomed a group of University Aviation Association (UAA) students to our Washington, D.C., headquarters as part of their annual Policy Seminar. Representing aviation programs from across the country, these students engaged in discussions on career opportunities in #bizav, the importance of advocacy, and strategies for addressing workforce challenges in the industry. This visit reinforced the vital connection between business aviation and the next generation of professionals, emphasizing the role these future leaders will play in driving the industry forward.
