At NAI Elliott, giving back is a reflection of who we are and what we stand for. Each year, our team comes together to select an organization to support—one whose mission aligns with our values and resonates deeply with our employees. For 2025, we are proud to partner with Rose Haven, a day shelter and community center providing critical resources to women, children, and gender-nonconforming individuals experiencing trauma and disruption. Rose Haven’s mission was chosen by our team because of its profound impact and alignment with our belief in making a difference where it’s needed most. We launched our commitment by raising $2,800 through a staff-hosted raffle, and we are excited to continue supporting this incredible organization throughout the coming year. At NAI Elliott, we believe that every action counts. Large or small, it matters. This belief is so important to us that it’s one of our core values, driving how we work, how we give back, and how we build relationships in our community. We invite you to join us in supporting organizations like Rose Haven or causes that inspire you. Together, we can make a meaningful difference and create a stronger, more compassionate community. #GivingBack #SupportLocal #PortlandNonprofit #NAIElliott #RoseHavenPDX #RoseHaven #NAIElliottValues #CommunityImpact #RelationshipsMatter #CoreValues #LargeOrSmallItMatters #PortlandCommunity #CompassionInAction

Last week, the NAI Elliott team came together for our annual holiday party, and what a celebration it was! Held right in our office, we shared a night full of fun, food, and festive spirit: • Ugly Sweater Competition – From glittering garlands to hilarious holiday puns, our team did not hold back! • Holiday Drink Competition – Creativity flowed as our mixologists-in-the-making crafted delicious seasonal beverages. • Potluck Dinner – Highlights included mouthwatering shepherd pies and a savory pot roast generously provided by the company. • Fun Games – Mario Kart, Left Right Center, and more brought out some friendly competition! The true highlight of the evening was announcing Rose Haven as our 2024 annual beneficiary. With donations from our employee raffle matched by the company, we’re thrilled to contribute over $2,700 to this incredible organization. This celebration was the perfect way to wrap up the year and reflect on what makes our NAI Elliott team so special. From all of us, we wish our friends, colleagues, and partners a safe and happy holiday season. Here's to a wonderful new year ahead! #NAIElliott #HolidaySeason #GivingBack #TeamCelebration

  • NAI Elliott is proud to reflect on a year of meaningful support for our annual beneficiary, Blanchet House & Farm, a Portland-based nonprofit dedicated to alleviating homelessness and hunger. Nominated by Joel Tonneson, NAI Elliott Assistant Real Estate Manager and member of Blanchet House's Emerging Professional Board, Blanchet House provides meals, clothing, and transitional housing to those in need, offering dignity, hope, and community to the most vulnerable among us. At the beginning of the year, NAI Elliott employees voted to select Blanchet House as our annual beneficiary and kicked off our partnership with a company-matched donation. Over the course of the year, we deepened our commitment through: • Volunteering at breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, • Donating and assembling hygiene kits, • Hosting a clothing drive to supply essential items like clothing and blankets. Supporting Blanchet House throughout the year has been a powerful way to live our values and make a tangible difference. We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to their incredible work and look forward to continuing to give back to our community in the new year. #NAIElliott #CommunityImpact #BlanchetHouse #GivingBack #LivingOurValues
