General Manager - Charlotte at Mungo Homes

The Mungo Charlotte team hit another milestone this month - starting homes! Shoutout to Chris Rose, ITSM for building our strong trade partner base from scratch this year, and making sure we were ready for this day. Our goal coming into 2024 was to start our first homes in Q4 - it was tight, but we got it done! Now it's Richard Dively, Bryan Gedney and team's time to shine and get our first model complete and ready for Jumana A. Kayed and Kevin Glover to sell! Very proud of this team and blessed to have such great people around me!

  • Week of Giving may have ended, but our team members continued spreading holiday cheer this week! 📍Columbia Our Cola Team remained engaged with Families Helping Families throughout this week, with many team members purchasing, wrapping, and delivering gifts for local families in need. Team Columbia also presented a $10,000 check to the District Five Foundation for Educational Excellence. By coordinating with local agencies and community assistance programs, Families Helping Families ensures that donations and charitable giving are targeted to those who need help the most, and by eliminating duplication of services, they do more for families in need of food, clothing, and Christmas gifts. The mission of the District 5 Foundation is to enhance the educational experiences of School District Five of Lexington and Richland Counties by building awareness and raising funds to support innovative programs, initiatives, and other needs of the students, teachers, and staff. 📍Charleston Building on their local donations from last week, the CHS Team extended their generosity beyond the Charleston community. On Monday, Kim O’Quinn proudly presented a $5,000 check on behalf of the Charleston Team to Samaritan’s Purse, supporting relief efforts for those impacted by Hurricane Helene. Samaritan's Purse is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. 📍Greenville Team GVL continued going above and beyond in their support of their community. Along with preparing and serving food for The Daily Bread Ministries, team members presented an $8,000 check to JUMPSTART and volunteered at The Dream Center. There, they helped program participants shop and wrap Christmas gifts for their children. The Dream Center serves those in need with a hand up instead of a hand out by empowering them to grow towards becoming healthy and self-sufficient. The mission of Greer Soup Kitchen's The Daily Bread Ministries is to feed the hungry by providing one hot, nutritious meal a day to each visitor and to help end homelessness in the Greer community. Jumpstart SC disciples the incarcerated and returning citizens and assists with re-entry to society. This is accomplished through Community Partnerships to address the spiritual, educational, employment, healthcare, housing, and family relationship needs. 📍Triad Kim O’Quinn represented the TRI by participating in Operation Christmas Child, a mission of Samaritan’s Purse. Individuals, churches, civic groups, and other organizations shop for and pack shoebox gifts each year to bless children in need around the world. The boxes Kim inspected are being shipped to Madagascar. The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Through this project, Samaritan’s Purse partners with the local church worldwide to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations.
