Today is my 11th year with MSPGeek, Inc.. Building MSPGeek has been an incredible journey that has shaped my personal, and professional life in profound ways. When I first embarked on this path, I could never have imagined the community we would build together or the impact we would have on so many professionals (or vendors) in our industry. Milestones are not as big as they once were, but this is one I cherish. Through countless challenges and triumphs, I've had the privilege of learning and growing alongside an amazing team and community. Each obstacle became a lesson in understanding, each success a reminder of the power of collaboration. I've learned that leadership isn't just about guiding others, but also about listening, understanding, and continuously striving to be better. Doing YouTube videos, collaborations, live streams, building our own conference (#thirdyear). I'm humbled by the trust and support you've all shown me over the years and also the patience. Your dedication and passion have not only driven MSPGeek forward but have also inspired me to grow both personally and professionally. I'm grateful for the friendships forged, the knowledge shared, and the collective spirit that makes this community so special. There are so many people I'd tag, but LinkedIn would explode.
