    Recently I had the chance to speak with Nikki Sanz, the powerhouse founder of Giggs, LLC. And her story is nothing short of incredible. Nikki’s journey is a testament to grit, bold moves, and the vision to solve an industry-wide problem. Here’s 4 things I learned from our conversation: 1) Leap of faith: Nikki moved to Nashville on a hunch—leaving everything behind to follow her passion for live events. From catering gigs to backstage VIP events, she worked her way up from the ground. 2) Identifying a gap: After years of navigating freelance gigs, Nikki saw a massive hole in the market: the industry needed its own platform for talent and employers to connect. Enter Giggs, a platform now known as the go-to source for vetted gig talent. 3) Relentless execution: Nikki’s poured her all into making Giggs a reality, even investing $200K of her own savings to get it started. Today, her platform serves 16,000+ industry pros and connects them with 700+ companies, including heavyweights like Live Nation and Atlantic Records. 4) Unfiltered advice: Her advice for aspiring entrepreneurs? “If you don’t absolutely love your idea, don’t do it.” True to her own words, Nikki’s passion fuels her journey every day. To say Nikki is inspiring is an understatement. She’s a true example of what it means to take risks, solve real problems, and create something that benefits an entire industry. It was a blast speaking to her and I cannot wait to share the conversation with you all on Wednesday.
