The chefs in our Southeast Division are continuously thinking of ways to accommodate the needs of the different diet types, such as those who are vegetarian. 🌱 This past #ChefAppreciationWeek, in partnership with Impossible Foods, these chefs were tasked with the challenge of creating plant-forward dishes that they then presented to the Impossible Foods team. Bahn Mi, Paella, Shakshuka, Papa Rellena and Pad Kra Pao were just some of the incredible dishes our brilliant chefs whipped up. We are thankful for all of our team members and for our Impossible Foods partnership who made this possible!

We couldn't let 2024 end without spotlighting some of our incredible Clinical Nutrition Managers (CNMs) and Registered Dietitians (RDNs) who have gone above and beyond to care for our patients this year and were recognized as Clinical Excellence Award Winners. 🏆 This group of passionate and dedicated individuals includes our RCNM of the Year, CNM of the Year, and National Clinical Excellence Winner, as well as 25+ members of our clinical nutrition teams honored with a Clinical Excellence award!
