Leadership and the Accounts Receivable team celebrated AR Director, Renee Wilmes this week with a retirement party in Mankato. 🥳🎉🎂 Renee started as a Billing Specialist in 1990 and has built many amazing relationships in her 34+ year career. She says she's appreciated the support the Management Team has provided her in her role and has enjoyed watching the organization evolve and grow. In her retirement, she's looking forward to traveling, spending time with family and friends, and "not having an alarm set!" When asked for the secret to a fulfilling career, Renee replied, "Accept change and surround yourself with supportive people." Thank you, Renee, for more than 34 years of care and customer service! 🎉 Congrats to Our Rendever Competition Winner for November! 🎉 We are thrilled to announce that Therapeutic Recreation Director Carrie Hart and her amazing team at 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭 have done it AGAIN! 🥇🥇🥇 𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒕'𝒔 3 𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒔! This community can't be beat! The November challenge focused on 𝑃𝑙𝑎𝑦 𝑆𝑢𝑖𝑡𝑒 (i.e., a variety of games and sensory activities). The Emeralds at Faribault completed an incredible 𝟑𝟐 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 total. Check out these photos of residents playing one of their favorites, Balloon Popper! 🎈🎯 December -- the final month of the competition -- will focus on 𝐹𝑎𝑚𝑖𝑙𝑦 𝑃𝑜𝑟𝑡𝑎𝑙, a powerful tool designed to help family members stay connected with their loved ones! Points will be awarded to the Monarch community with the most new Family Portal member accounts created, the most video and photo uploads from family members, and the most Rendever sessions run using the platform's "Community" feature. 👨👩👧👦 We're in the final weeks of the final month of the competition and it's a great time to share photos and videos of family with your loved ones!
