We just wrapped up our 2025 Leadership Team Retreat, and it’s amazing how just two days together can drive alignment, focus, and trust—not only within our team but across our company. Stepping back from the day-to-day and creating space to think big reminded me why this time is so essential. Here are the 3 key reflections I took away from this experience: — The Power of Unified Goals: After over a decade at Revivn, the opportunities seem endless - but that’s exactly why focus matters. We spent significant time laying out everything we could do in 2025 and aligning on what truly matters most. It was exciting and energizing to see our leadership team highlight opportunities we hadn't even considered. After two days, we narrowed down our strategic objectives and are moving forward in a unified direction with a team aligned on a shared set of goals. — The Value of Bonding Outside the Boardroom: Beyond the structured sessions, the unstructured moments - dinners, hiking, conversations Mohonk Mountain House - were equally impactful. They remind me how much trust and connection can fuel collaboration and innovation. — The Importance of Getting Comfortable Being Uncomfortable: With guidance from our facilitator, David Politis, we were challenged to think bigger, question our limits, and most importantly - focus on impact. It was a humbling and motivating reminder that the journey ahead is long and windy, but the best way forward is through a #bettereveryday mindset. To all the CEOs and leaders out there: Take time with your teams to step away from the day-to-day. Create space for structured and unstructured time - it’s often the latter that brings the most joy. Trust the process. Lastly, a huge thank you to our leadership team for showing up and giving it their all, and to David for helping us push our boundaries. As we move into 2025, one thing is clear: We’ll need incredible people who are eager to grow, make an impact, and push Revivn to the next level. If that sounds like you, please reach out. I would love to connect and hear your story. #LeadershipOffsite #BetterEveryday #Teamwork #Hiring #TeamRevivn #BCorp #Retreat #Offsite #Rigatoni
