About us
The MMHA Service Training Academy is a comprehensive training program for individuals looking to start a career as an apartment maintenance technician. It is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service to residents and maintain the property to the highest standards. The academy covers a wide range of topics, including electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, as well as soft skill training. Participants in the program receive both classroom instruction and hands-on experience, allowing them to apply what they have learned in real-world situations. After completion of our training program, we assist our students with job placement into a full-time service technician role. The positions come with competitive pay and benefits, providing a stable and rewarding career path. Joining our training academy is an investment in your future, and we are committed to supporting our students every step of the way.
