The Programs Manager will work closely with staff, members, partners, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality programs that advance the mission of the association. Grant writing and management, particularly for federal grants, will be a key responsibility of the Programs Manager. This role requires excellent organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and engagement. 2️⃣ Program Coordinator - TOPP 🌐 https://lnkd.in/gYnpKTis 🪴 The Program Coordinator supports the successful delivery the Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP) by developing and coordinating program activities, fostering communication with stakeholders, and promoting program opportunities. This role collaborates with various teams across the organization to support producers, implement program activities, and manage program logistics, compliance, and marketing efforts. 3️⃣ Program Specialist - Biochar 🌐 https://lnkd.in/ggvgZ-Nq 🪴 The Program Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for farm and producer participants in our biochar production grant program. This field-based role involves coordinating all stages of on-farm activities related to biochar production, including compliance verification, logistical support, and data collection. The specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring successful biochar production and training, as well as in supporting the program’s overall outcomes. This is a field-based position, requiring extensive travel to participant farms. The role includes physical demands such as operating machinery, handling heavy materials, and performing repetitive motions.
