We are proud to announce the receipt of development plan approval for the redevelopment of the Red Lion Hotel property in Rosslyn, Virginia. This project will convert an existing hotel and apartment buildings into an 8-story, 400+ unit apartment building with 3 levels of underground parking. We have been fortunate to work with Reston, Virginia-based developer, Orr Partners, who have brought a wealth of experience and expertise to this project.
We are thrilled to announce that our Dayton Arcade Hilton Garden Inn was one of several key projects to receive a tax credit award from Ohio's Transformational Mixed-Use Development (TMUD) Program. This TMUD award is critical to completing our 94-room Hilton Garden Inn, which is slated for completion later this year. The hotel is part of the incredible Arcade District Development, which includes 10 historic buildings, 810,000 square feet, two city blocks and nearly $200M in investment. We are excited to officially wrap up development of the Home2 Suites hotel at Intech Office Park in NW Indianapolis! This new hotel brings a much needed extended-stay option for visitors of Intech Park and the NW Indianapolis area. This was our first collaboration with our friends at Witness Investment, and would not have been possible without our construction, design partners, and finance at Meyer Najem, Creo Hospitality, Luminaut, The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc., and GBC Bank.
We are excited to announce the acquisition of the Holiday Inn City Center in downtown Lafayette, Indiana. This 147-room property was acquired in collaboration with our sister companies, Knowhere Ventures and Witness Investment, and presents an amazing opportunity to expand upon the incredible growth Lafayette and this region is experiencing by enhancing this asset!
