About us
With over 20 years of experience in bespoke digital transformation at both the public and private level, Mi-Case is known as much for our white-glove approach to client support as we are for our exceptional, fully-integrated software solutions. Our approach begins by investing in understanding all complexities of our clients’ key business activities. By hiring subject matter experts that have a deep understanding of the industry, we seek to understand their organizational goals as well as they understand them themselves. Only then do we work to innovate the right digital solutions to solve their unique needs. We have repeatedly met our customers at the crossroads of their digital transformation journey, replacing legacy systems and manual activities with long-term, evergreen and mobile ready solutions that jumpstart their path to harnessing modern technology to advance their organization. Our years of experience in the global marketplace has also prepared us to support clients with the complexities that accompany scaling their digital solutions internationally. The name “Mi-Case” was chosen as a direct result of seeing the software and solutions we developed so directly implicated in the result it was hoping to produce. At the core, what is at stake within the transformation journey is the opportunity to support dedicated individuals--and those they serve--with innovative, dynamic solutions that advance their goals. Each clients’ needs that we transform are not only unique to them, but also designed to support the individual experience of their team and customers.

We are grateful for the top-notch programming at the IJIS Institute Corrections Technology Leadership Forum last week, and even more so to hear our customers, Sarah Schelle of Indiana Department of Correction and Laura Willey of Fairfax County Sheriff's Office, share their success in implementing modernized and streamlined Offender Management Systems with Mi-Case. Your commitment to advancing the public safety industry as a whole is truly appreciated.
Up next at the forum is an insightful panel featuring Laura Willey (Fairfax County Sheriff's Office), James Juarez (Oklahoma Department of Corrections), and Sarah Schelle (Indiana Department of Correction) as they share actionable strategies for the successful implementation of offender management, jail management, and case management systems.

Mi-Case is honored to be sponsoring and attending 2 national events this week supporting the Corrections and Jail industry. This morning we kicked off in beautiful Amelia Island, FL. for the CLA Leaders All Directors Symposium which brings together DOC Directors, Secretaries, and Commissioners from all across the country. Our first session was Rethinking Corrections: Implementing a Coach (referee) Model for Change. Many great topics on the agenda and we look forward to dialoging with attendees and our colleagues this week. #CorrectionsLeaders #TechnologyforChange

Receiving this letter was a great reminder that investing in our community goes much further than a one night event. When we spend our time and our resources together as a company, the ripple effect extends far beyond a baseball field. Our recent event with the Miracle League of Arizona in September was a testament that the power of collaboration can be not only effective in our work, but also in elevating the noble missions of those around us. We remain grateful for the opportunity to be a small part of something as transformative as giving individuals with disabilities the chance to be active, socialize with peers, and be included in the fun of the game.

During our Annual Celebration of People in September, we took a moment to highlight the hard work and dedication of the 23 team members who'd attained milestone years of service in over 5-,7-,10-, and 15-year increments. The overwhelming response of "Why Mi-Case" is the "people". We're grateful to have such dedicated, long-term employees that shape the fabric of who we are today and who we will become in the years ahead. Thank you for your hard work and dedication for our clients and to improve Public Safety.

We are deeply thankful for the opportunity to collaborate with our clients, partners, and dedicated team members every day. We also want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to all those in Corrections, Jails, Public Safety, and first responders who serve our communities, not only on Thanksgiving but every day. From our team to yours, we wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving! #Thankful #Grateful
