We are happy to share that on November 26, 2024, the Rahway Planning Board unanimously approved Brownstones Phase II, consisting of 200 residential rental units, retail, off-street parking, and a suite of amenities alongside the existing Brownstones Phase I, which has 298 apartments and an indoor pool, a state of the art fitness center, a community room, a music lounge, a sports lounge, and an outdoor courtyard. This will complete Meridia’s Rahway Brownstones Redevelopment Project!
