We had a wonderful time at the Walk with a Doc event on October 26th! This event was all about getting outside, moving, and focusing on health. Our very own John Sisco started us off with some easy stretches and warm-up exercises before we all went on a fun 1-mile walk together. 🚶♂️🚶♀️ It was a great way to enjoy the fresh air and get moving! After the walk, everyone enjoyed a relaxing Yoga class, led by one of the group’s healthcare professionals, to help us cool down and stretch. 🧘♀️✨ A big thanks to Trace Body Rejuvenation for providing massage therapy during the event, helping everyone feel relaxed and refreshed. 🙏💆♀️ Thank you to everyone who joined us!
