We want to extend a warm welcome to Lance, our newest Controller on the Mecca team! Meet Lance Dobieski, a seasoned accounting professional with over 20 years of experience, including 11 years in supervisory roles as a Corporate Controller. Lance holds an Accounting Degree and an MBA in International Business from California State University, Fullerton, and boasts multiple certifications, including CPA, CMA, and CIA. His career highlights include managing complex financial operations for multimillion-dollar portfolios and international accounting for companies across North and South America, Europe, and Asia. Outside of work, Lance enjoys gardening, traveling, and exploring new cultures through food, concerts, and theatre. He and his wife, Lesa, have six children, five of whom are grown, with two daughters now married. Known for his collaborative spirit and love of teamwork, Lance thrives on diverse perspectives, believing they lead to the most authentic and lasting solutions. We're so glad to have you! #meccapm
