Believing in the thank you economy means giving something of value as you build your relationships. Does someone need an RFP template? Here you go, happy to help. Want to know which web dev agencies work in Drupal and understand how law firms work? Sure, I maintain a database of this info and will send over the list. Some feel this is giving away something valuable that a client should pay for. And I get it, it is of value. But if I don’t have at least a few dozen more things like this in my toolkit to offer a client, then I’m not worth hiring.
