We're thrilled to share some historic news for Rolla, MO! At McBride Homes, we're gearing up to start The Highlands in Spring 2025—a new community that will bring 587 homes to the area. This is a huge milestone for Rolla, where typically only 10-15 new homes are built each year. Next year alone, we plan to complete 65 homes, quadrupling the usual pace!
