For more than 25 years, ML&R has been proud to partner with Meals on Wheels Central Texas to deliver nutritious meals to seniors and homebound individuals in the Greater Austin area 🍽️🚗 Meals on Wheels America offers vital nourishment and programs at no cost, helping people live independently and with dignity in their own homes. Our 18 ML&R Meals on Wheels volunteers recently gathered for an end-of-year breakfast to celebrate their commitment to delivering meals on MOW routes throughout Central Texas and in their own local communities!

As we wrap up 2024, we’re reflecting on a year of incredible growth—both in our team and with the amazing clients we’ve had the privilege to serve ✨ We’re excited to see what the new year will bring!

I just like to smile, smiling’s my favorite 😊 Earlier this month, there were smiles all around as the ML&R Rookies group came together for a cozy movie afternoon filled with laughter and holiday cheer. They celebrated the season by watching the holiday classic “Elf,” and it was a treat to have so many remote team members in town!

The ML&R Community Committee recently organized a gift-wrapping event for presents donated by Team ML&R 🎁 Through Any Baby Can’s “Adopt-A-Family” program, we had the honor of sponsoring a large family this holiday season. We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back and support our community in such a meaningful way!

At our recent firmwide meeting, we heard from a panel of first-generation college students from our team 🌟 Being a first-gen student means blazing your own trail, and we’re proud to have a number of first-generation college students on Team ML&R who bring that same determination and resourcefulness to everything they do here!

At ML&R, we dedicate an entire week to celebrating our success and the incredible teamwork that makes it possible 🌟 During “One Firm Week,” all team members are invited to come to Austin for a week full of meaningful events, from our firmwide meeting to cross-departmental activities, team dinners, and happy hours. We close out the week with a memorable holiday party, celebrating not only our individual achievements, but the strength of our collective efforts!
