Proud to Announce: The Launch of Maven AGI's Enterprise AI Platform After months of hard work, testing, and previewing with our incredible clients, I’m proud to share Maven AGI’s enterprise AI platform with the world. This is an important step as we chart our course towards achieving business AGI. We’ve all felt the pain of slow, frustrating customer support: long wait times, repeating information, and being transferred from one agent to another. Maven changes that. Our platform is built to delight customers by: -- Creating a unified system of record with 50+ integrations, connecting tools like Salesforce, Freshdesk, and Zendesk to ensure data is always accessible, accurate, and up-to-date. -- Deploying AI agents in days, ready to take action across text, email, web, voice, and app channels to solve specific business challenges. -- Improving continuously, with every interaction making the system smarter by identifying and closing knowledge gaps for even better future responses. We’ve already seen the difference it makes: -- Clickup improved response times by 25% in just one week -- Rho achieved a 95% CSAT while handling a 12% increase in customer contacts -- Our clients have reduced ticket costs by up to 80% while improving satisfaction This launch represents a big step toward eliminating the inefficiencies that make support experiences frustrating for customers. To commemorate this milestone, we’re unveiling an updated brand identity that reflects our evolution as a company. It exemplifies Maven’s role as a platform of building blocks for the future of enterprise AI—scalable, innovative, and ready to transform how businesses connect with their customers. To our incredible engineering team, thank you for making this vision a reality. To our clients, we’re grateful for your trust as we push boundaries together. Throwing automation at customer experience is a one-way ticket to churn. It's critical for startups today to understand that enterprises have diverse needs—some want to self-serve, others seek real-time validation, and some expect a more personalized, white-glove experience. Knowing when to automate and when to inject a human touch, all while maintaining efficiency, is paramount. In Episode 01 of Agentic, Jonathan Corbin, CEO of Maven AGI emphasizes the need for systems that support diverse customer demands. Watch the full conversation via the link in the comments.

Am I going to be a VP of AI agents one day? AI agents are prompting a fundamental rethink at every level of leadership. Eugene Mann and the team at Maven AGI are exploring the impact of agents taking over repetitive, transactional tasks. He envisions a future where leaders move beyond mundane input-output processes to focus on building hyper-customer-centric organizations. The Boston Generative AI Meetup was created to connect people who share a passion for creating and learning how to make AI that truly helps the world. Over the years, Judah Phillips has brought together more than 3,800 people from all corners of the globe in his hometown to hear from some of the smartest and most talented individuals with which he's been fortunate enough to cross paths, sharing their amazing work and deep insights on AI from their real experience actually having made AI, sold AI, and/or invested in AI. This grassroots initiative has been the birthplace of the bold idea that Massachusetts can - and will continue to - become the #1 AI economy in the world by 2035. This goal is something we’re actively building toward, together. The people and companies that have participated in the Boston Generative AI Meetup are leaders, innovators, and creators who care deeply about making our city, state, country, and world better through technology and collaboration. These people take the time to show up, share, and connect - not for their own success, but for the collective progress of everyone in the room. That’s what makes this event special; the people who participate in it actually care. As we move into 2025, I’m proud to announce that the meetup will continue with the incredible support of our global enterprise partner, Microsoft, and our local startup sponsor for 2025, Maven AGI. These partnerships reflect the spirit of innovation and community that has made this meetup the largest, continuously active, in-person AI gathering in the world. None of it would be possible without these incredible individuals and companies (whom will be mentioned across multiple posts due to "exceeding the maximum mentions if all are listed here): Thank you to (1/4): Aaron Jones from Maven AGI Alden Do Rosario from CustomGPT.ai Allan Tear from Revup Andrew Amann from NineTwoThree AI Studio Andy Feinberg from Argon Ventures Andy ThurAI from Constellation Research, Inc. About a month ago, I covered Klarna's case study with OpenAI on Customer Success. But here is the company replicating Klarna's customer support success story at scale: Maven AGI There's a lot of talk about Klarna and being an AI-first leader in replacement of software vendors and building their own Customer Support tool and even supposedly replacing Salesforce and Workday through in-house built applications. But I believe Maven AGI will lead the wave in the coming years on Customer Support automation. Maven AGI is creating AI Agents for Enterprise Customer Support They are building a platform which companies can plugin and is already being used by companies such as HubSpot, Tripadvisor, and ClickUp. It has integrations into Salesforce, Slack, Zendesk, and more On top of all of that, they have completed a case study with OpenAI themselves. The results are quite remarkable: --"Answering 93% of customer support questions autonomously" (filters through and answers low priority support requests) --"Decreased the cost per ticket from $40 to $8, an 80% reduction" (hard to believe it can cost up to $40 per ticket) --"Improved customer service representatives’ productivity by 2X" (It's not only about replacing labor, but getting a higher yield from them) To me, this is one of the most clear shot product market fits for GenAI with demonstrable value. How can you build a system that the CEO + Leadership team to run the business? In my conversation with the Maven AGI team, CTO Sami Shalabi explains how to nailing the functional use-cases, then going cross-functional, consolidating fragmented data and using it to drive C-suite decisions is the future we’re headed toward.
