✈️✈️ Checking in from Katy, Texas 🧳🧳 We had the pleasure of working with Safelite again on a distribution warehouse fitout. This time a bit further from home base. The office fitout expanded upon the existing spec suite by adding multiple offices, a training room, and break room. Finishes were updated to match Safelite’s design scheme. And the 195,000SF warehouse has been occupied by glass storage racking, material handling equipment, and workstations. We had a wonderful day celebrating the grand opening of Werfen's cutting-edge research facility in Bedford, MA. This $50 million building features 169,500 square feet of lab and office, accommodating up to 2,000 employees. Thanks to the hard work and collaboration of many dedicated professionals, the project was delivered ahead of schedule and under budget. Today, our Chairman Marc Rubiralta Giralt, together with Werfen senior leaders, and the Town Manager of Bedford, MA, Matthew J. Hanson, cut the ribbon on a new building at our Hemostasis and Acute Care Diagnostics Technology Center in Bedford. The $50 million state-of-art building includes sustainable features and adds 105,000 sq. ft. (nearly 9,800 m2), providing ample space to grow our team and innovate in Specialized Diagnostics. The employee base there has grown to over 1,200, with the new building accommodating up to 2,000 employees, who will support innovation for years to come. We look forward to Powering Patient Care at the new building! A special thanks to Giovanni Russi, Mark Olsen, Brian Reiss, and everyone who attended the celebration.
