Work is underway to renovate and expand the Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM) Maryland Archaeological Conservation Laboratory (MAC Lab)! Built in 1998, MAC Lab is an archaeological research, conservation, and curation facility. Marshall Craft is helping to expand their collections storage and research capacity with a 4,700 SF addition and systems upgrades to support the continued preservation of the collection. The expansion of the barn-style collection storage wing will complement the historical and agricultural character of the rest of the JPPM campus. #dotherightthingwell #culturaldesign #marylandarchaeology #archaeologicalconservation

Our very own Kim Kavanagh and her family were part of the 4,800 runners and walkers who participated in the 22nd annual Sheppard Pratt Frederick Turkey Trot! Race registrations for this fun run/walk directly support the mental health care and services provided to individuals and families who turn to Sheppard Pratt for help. #dotherightthingwell Kimberly Kavanagh AIA NOMA NCARB LEED AP Sheppard Pratt

It’s been a busy October here at Marshall Craft, filled with meaningful connections and community-building. We were honored to join our neighbors at Gutierrez Studios for the annual John K. Gutierrez Memorial Walk—a wonderful day of remembrance and support. We partnered with AIA Baltimore to host a happy hour for emerging professionals, welcoming new faces and sharing insights at our Baltimore office. Members of our cultural sector represented Marshall Craft at the Mid-Atlantic Association of Museums annual meeting in Philadelphia, engaging with peers and advancing our shared vision for the future of museums. And, of course, we embraced the season with pumpkin carving events in both Richmond and Baltimore. Thank you to everyone who joined us in making this October one to remember. Here’s to continued collaboration, creativity, and connection. #dotherightthingwell #GutierrezStudios #AIABaltimore #MAAM
