Maripossa Wellness was created out of a combined belief in a holistic approach to living a better quality of life. At Maripossa Wellness, we are passionate about teaching individuals and organizations how to incorporate simple self-care tools into daily life and how to achieve small shifts in everyday behavior which can have a big impact on overall wellbeing and health. Our programs are integrative, innovative and engaging and not only improve participants’ energy and balance immediately, but also teach participants how to do it themselves and remind them that they are in control of their wellbeing. Our mission at Maripossa Wellness is to empower each person to achieve their health care goals. Our on-site programs offer an all-in-one approach to improved employee resilience. We take participants through an experience, and more importantly we teach them how to develop a daily practice. Our Thematic Workshops take the participants through an interactive experience that will leave them with powerful tools to deal with whatever situation they may encounter in everyday life. Our Leadership training programs provide company leaders with techniques not only for their selfcare but also to empower their team members to cope with everyday life and live a happier, healthier and more productive life.
