With a background in IT and marketing, Justin brings a unique blend of curiosity, creativity, and ingenuity to MarCom Group’s Strategy, Research, and Analytics team. “I love analyzing data, creating visualizations, and telling stories,” he says. Justin’s experience spans some of the world’s most recognizable brands—Reebok, Brooks Brothers, Nautica—and his impact was considerable. From optimizing e-commerce campaigns at Whole Foods to delivering ROI insights at Tinuiti, he’s built a well-deserved reputation within the industry for making the complex clear. “It’s about making data work for people, not the other way around,” he says. Now, he’s excited to bring that expertise to MarCom Group, helping clients identify trends, optimize campaigns, and maximize outcomes. Justin thrives on turning complicated data into compelling insights that drive results. “I have a passion for analyzing data and creating visualizations to answer questions. Being able to present these insights as a story really excites me,” Justin shares.   • Madison Avenue doesn’t have anything over Madison Haney, MarCom Group’s newest event manager. A native of Seattle with a background in International Business from the University of San Diego, Madison’s journey has taken her from the West Coast to her current home in Denver, where she honed her skills in planning and executing large-scale events as an event and attendee manager for a large health insurance provider. With that wealth of experience under her belt, Madison brings a unique blend of creativity, imagination, and dedication to crafting memorable events—qualities that align perfectly with the MarCom Group mission to deliver meaningful and impactful experiences that don’t just resonate but touch people’s lives. “Events aren’t just dates on a calendar or spaces filled with people—they’re moments that can connect, inspire, and even transform,” Madison shared. “For me, every detail matters, and the ultimate goal is to ensure each attendee feels they’re part of something memorable.” One of her most notable projects was a murder mystery event she organized, where she transformed an otherwise ordinary gathering into an immersive experience, complete with themed decor, a troupe of actors, and thoughtfully curated refreshments. This level of dedication is precisely what Madison brings to MarCom Group and every event she manages. Please join us in welcoming Madison to MarCom Group.
