During the session, participants explored powerful insights through Management Drives Asia and discovered ways to strengthen their working relationships. Here are some key takeaways: 1. Alignment of values, vision, and intention: Understanding what drives us is critical to staying motivated and moving the organisation forward with purpose. 2. Time management: Managers wear many hats—doing, managing, and leading. How can they aspire to lead more effectively while balancing these roles? What is urgent is not always important! 3. Delegation: Using the framework, participants learned that delegation isn’t just about assigning tasks—it’s about providing intentional guidance and empowering autonomy in their teams.
