Friction in design isn’t always bad. Sometimes, it’s what makes great edtech platforms work. Designers juggle the competing needs of: * Students - who want simplicity and engagement. * Teachers - who need time-saving, efficient tools. * Administrators - who rely on secure, data-rich platforms. Designing for one group often creates friction for another. This might sound like a problem but it is an opportunity to design thoughtfully.
