Mach III designs and manufactures air and spring applied friction brakes, clutches, combination clutch-brakes, and mechanical torque limiters for power transmission applications to 5,000 lb.ft. More than 2,000 different models are available. We have been in business for more than 40 years and work directly with all levels of clients: OEMs, distributors and users. We Specialize In Rapid Custom Design Solutions 75% of our business is the production of non-catalog models ranging from slight modifications of our standard designs to completely unique, clean-sheet creations. We average just 48 hours to present customized design solutions to our clients after obtaining application requirements. We Build Each Product To Order Mach III has specialized in high variation, low quantity production since our founding. All products are built to order, allowing even catalog models to be bored to fit the exact shaft and key size required. We Quote and Confirm Reliable Ship Dates Every purchase order we receive is confirmed with a ship date that we meet or beat 98% of the time. Lead times for catalog products range from 2 to 5 weeks, and custom products range from 3 to 6 weeks. We Are Easy To Work With We provide detailed models and spec sheets, easy-to-read quotations, prompt order acknowledgements and accurate shipping documents. During business hours, a human always answers our phone. When there is a problem, we do not stop working until it is resolved.
