Whether in your primary residence, investment property or second home, the water sensor is peace-of-mind that your home is protected, allowing for quick action to address any issues. Thanks Dan Killinger and Intelligent Living Solutions for the product spotlight in your Experience Center! #homeautomation #smarthomes

  • Not to throw shade (get it? it's a lighting joke...) but unlike our competitors, we hate monthly fees as much as you do! Which is why refuse to charge one. Check out the full video on the Loxone US YouTube Channel.

Warning: Not all smart home systems are created equal. Here's why: Choosing a smart home system can feel like deciding between Ferraris, Aston Martins, and, well, a really nice Range Rover. Here’s how they compare: Crestron (£££££):  The Bugatti of home systems. All the bells, whistles, and probably an orchestra too. Great for mega-yachts and private jets. But let’s face it, if you need to ask how much, it’s not for you. Lutron (£££):  Think of this as a Bentley for lighting and blinds smooth, sophisticated, and works seamlessly with the big players like Crestron and Control4. You’ll look very clever owning it. KNX (£££):  The Volvo of the bunch—solid, reliable, and capable of running airports and hotels. But it’s not going to win any beauty contests. And let’s not mention the outdated visuals. Control4 (£££):  A BMW M3 for AV fans. Slick, powerful, and entertainment-focused. but it’s not going to solve your energy bills or impress the eco-police. Loxone (££):  The Tesla Model 3 of the lot. Affordable, efficient, and genuinely impressive. It’ll do everything you want, all in one app, without making you feel like you need to remortgage the house. Why Loxone is Our Top Pick (Most of the Time) We’re system agnostic (fancy term for "we don’t play favorites"), but we often lean towards Loxone. Why? · It’s Affordable: You get top-tier features without forking out Crestron money.  · It’s Simple: One app. Total control. Even your kids and parents could use it · It’s Flexible: Plays nicely with Crestron, Lutron, Control4, and the rest of the gang. Basically, it’s like finding a Swiss Army Knife in a world full of overly-complicated tools. Here’s the deal: Most smart home systems are either unnecessarily expensive, overly complex, or designed by someone who thought “user-friendly” was a type of pasta. We believe your home should work for you. Not the other way around. No overthinking. No confusion. Just lights, blinds, music, and energy management that do exactly what they’re told. Meet the Loxonauts! Say hello to Monique Michelle Bautista, Lead Development Specialist and one of newest member of the Loxone US team. Monique brings with her 15 years of experience in sales, building relationships and prospecting across multiple industries. For the past 8 years, Monique has thrived as an account manager, where she focused on keeping accounts active, cultivating new business, and building strong relationships. Before that, she worked in solar sales, helping clients across the U.S. determine the right system based on their power needs. What does Monique like BEST about working with Loxone? The company culture! Monique enjoyed connecting with the amazing team during her recent trip to Philadelphia, and she values the individual relationships she has developed with her colleagues. In her free time, Monique loves to visit Disney with her daughter explore the park. Monique especially enjoys trying the different foods at Disney, with a few favorite spots at Star Wars Land, where she enjoys tasting unique wine options. While she loves experimenting with Disney food, she keeps it simple when it comes to her favorites—chicken Parmesan, paninis, pumpkin pie, and vanilla ice cream. And fun fact: she doesn’t like tomatoes but loves ketchup! When it comes to Loxone’s future, Monique is excited about the company’s growth and the opportunity to contribute to its continued success. She thrives on the challenge of hitting her sales goals and is ready to help bring Loxone’s innovative solutions to new heights.
