We’re grateful for our employees every day, and our recent Employee Appreciation Day at Group Therapy in downtown Greenville was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate them. The timing was perfect, coming shortly after our team’s incredible response to Hurricane Helene. Employees enjoyed lunch and unlimited activities like putt-putt, darts, duckpin bowling, ax throwing, and a golf simulator. It was a fantastic day to relax and have fun together, and we were thrilled to show our appreciation!

The veterans at Lockhart Power embody a commitment to service that powers everything we do. They play a vital role on our team, bringing the same dedication and commitment to their work that defined their military careers. Today, we thank them and honor all veterans for their dedication and service to our country.

That’s why we provided LEGO kits to the UC Manufacturing class at Union County High School, giving students a hands-on learning experience that sparks creativity and innovation. As Nikki Burgess, Director of Industry Partnerships at Spartanburg Community College, Union Campus, shared, “This playful yet educational tool has been powerful in the classroom; it demonstrates the manufacturing process and how we start with raw materials to create something purposeful.” Nikki is also the instructor for the class. Through these activities, students not only learn the process of turning raw materials into finished products but also develop teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Lockhart Power remains committed to investing in the future of our communities by empowering the next generation with the skills they need to succeed.
