JOINT VENTURE NEWS: Funds controlled by Loci Fund II GP, an affiliate of Loci Capital Group, have structured a joint venture with RealtyLink, LLC Development for the development of a 174,000-square-foot build-to-suit industrial building for a leading U.S. home builder. The development site consists of 39 acres in Haines City, Fla., approximately 20 miles east of Lakeland and 35 miles southwest of Orlando. The building will have strong access to major corridors, including Interstate 4 to the north and Highway 27 to the west.
