About us

Here at Liaise, people are at the heart of everything we do. From our hard-working, dedicated staff to the wonderful individuals we support, we strive to celebrate individuality and every accomplishment, big or small. Our support packages are always guided by the principles of “person-centredness”. This means the support we provide is always based on the specific needs, wishes, and ambitions of each individual. By working closely in partnership with each person, we arrive at solutions designed to achieve positive outcomes and help people achieve their personal goals. Our staff teams and registered managers are specialists in using a variety of positive approaches and therapeutic frameworks to support people with complex needs or who display behaviours that can be challenging. Our vision is to ensure that every person we support leads a happy purposeful life.

  • Today is Human Rights Day. This year's theme is Equality - reducing inequalities and advancing human rights. We at Liaise believe that by focusing on people’s human rights, we focus on the things that matter - we uphold and support people’s right to autonomy and liberty with minimal interference, thus delivering greater personalized care and support. The human rights lens we have applied over the last year has created a step change in positive risk-taking and outcomes in Liaise. The last few months alone have seen some incredible personal outcomes for people we support – from restriction reduction across nearly all our homes to first-time independent travel for some people. This year we also established the coproduction group, The Liaise Influencers, people we support who act as representatives to help guide us on our improvement journey. #Liaise #HumanRightsDay #CoProduction #Equality #inclusionmatters
